15. The Operator implements information security systems and procedures on the Website. While these systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized intrusion into the Operator’s computers, they do not provide absolute security. Therefore, the Operator does not guarantee that the services on the Website will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored therein.
Hosting services of the site with third parties
16. Since the Operator purchases hosting services of the Website from third parties, it is possible that the Website and the information found and received from it will be stored on servers held and operated by those third parties that are not under its control, and may also be located outside of Israel. Therefore, by providing the information, you agree and confirm that the Operator will be entitled to transfer and/or store the information provided to it on servers located outside Israel.

According to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, every person is entitled to review for himself, or through his representative who has authorized him in writing or by his guardian, the information about him held in a database. A person who has reviewed the information about him and finds it incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or out of date may contact the database owner to request that the information be corrected or deleted. If the owner of the database refuses to fulfill this request, he must notify the applicant of this in the manner prescribed by the regulations. The refusal of the owner of a database to allow access and a notice of refusal to correct or delete information may be appealed to the “Ha-Shlaom” Court in the manner prescribed in the Regulations.

In addition, if the information in the Operator’s databases is used for the purpose of contacting you personally, based on your belonging to a population group, which has been determined by one or more characteristics of persons whose names are included in the database (“Contacting in a Commercial Proposal”), then you are entitled under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database. In this case, the Operator will delete any information it needs only to contact you with commercial offers, as stated above. Information required by the Operator to conduct its business, and Documentation of commercial and other activities you have performed on the Website, will continue to be kept by the Operator in accordance with the law, but will no longer be used for the purpose of contacting you. If, within thirty (30) days, you do not receive notice that the information requested by the Operator to delete has indeed been deleted in accordance with this Section, you shall be entitled to apply to a court in the manner prescribed by the Regulations by virtue of the Law, in order to instruct the Operator to act as aforesaid.
19. Our Service does not target people under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verifying parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
20. The Operator may change the Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made to this Policy, in the provisions regarding the use of personal information that you have provided, a notice will be published on the Website.
